井立強,男,1973年出生,博士(后),黑龙江省宾县人,黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院教授、博士生导师,现任学院党委书记、功能无机材料化学教育部重点实验室副主任。分析化学省级领军人才梯队带头人。

學曆和工作經曆:

1991年09月-1997年09月,吉林大學,分析測試專業,學習與工作;

1997年09月-2000年07月,吉林大學,環境科學專業,碩士研究生,獲理學碩士學位,師從郭海忱教授;

2000年09月-2003年03月,哈爾濱工業大學,環境工程專業,博士研究生,獲工學博士學位,師從蔡偉民教授;

2004年06月-2006年12月,吉林大學,物理化學專業博士後,師從孫家锺院士、王德軍教授。

2003年05月,進入黑龍江大學化學化工與材料學院工作,講師。

2006年09月受聘爲教授,

2007年09月開始擔任博士生導師。

2009年10月-2010年09月赴英国Imperial College London(帝国理工学院)化学系国家公派访问教授。

主要學術兼職:

中國複合材料學會礦物複合材料專業委員會副主任委員、中國可再生能源學會光化學專業委員會委員、中國感光學會光催化專業委員會常務委員和全國材料新技術發展研究會常務理事。

業績成果簡介:

近10年来主要围绕環境與能源光催化领域开展研究,在材料光生电荷动力学过程调控及分析等已形成了特色。创新性地证实了光生电子还原活化吸附氧是影响污染物转化为CO2等性能的关键,并成功地发展了可促进氧气吸附的修饰新策略;也证实了在可见光催化剂表面合适能量光生电子还原活化吸附氧和CO2等是影响环境物质转化与能源再生产性能的关键,并成功地发展了引入适当水平电子能级平台的新策略。共主持承担了包含国家自然科学联合基金重点项目、重大研究计划培育项目和973计划前期研究专项在内的10余项省部级以上重要课题。已获中国授权发明专利11项,和省科學技術奖(自然科学类)一等奖2项。

作为第1或通讯作者,至今已在“Chem Soc Rev”、“Energy Environ Sci”、“Adv Energy Mater”、“ACS Catal”、“Appl Catal B: Environ”、 “J Mater Chem A”、“ACS Appl Mater Inter”、“Chem Commun”、“Environ Sci Tech”、“Environ Sci: Nano”和“Sus Energy Fuel”等上发表SCI论文140余篇,其中IF大于3的1、2区国际SCI论文有100余篇、ESI ToP论文16篇。被SCI论文引用7800余次,个人SCI H因子38,连续近4年成为了Elsevier公司发布的中国高被引学者。研究论文多次被“ACS C&EN”、“Wiley China”和“X-Mol”等学术媒体和交流平台重点推介。经常性地受邀在与环境、能源、催化、材料等相关的国内外重要学术会议上做主题报告等。
